Pokemon - Dominant Universe

Two weeks ago, an evil team known as Team Pokedark have split the Pokearth into little Planetoids scattered in space. Today, you decide to do something about it, but you need to get access from each of the Elite Four members from each planetoid in the Pokearth. You start off in Kanto, and obtain either of these starters:

Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Eevee
Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Marill
Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Skitty
Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Shinx, Riolu

After leaving Oak's Lab, you set off to an adventure of a lifetime, with the fate of your world in your entire hands... will you save Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh before things get worse?
